And if you remember how you threw the first coin into that magical flashing box in the corner of a pub, or how you won some spare cash for another beer, you’re hooked. Those were our beginnings of gambling games.
Modern slot elements and very few bonuses
Unlike those past games, the Sizzling Hot offers a few more modern features. You’re playing on 5 reels, three rows, and 5 fixed winning lines. You get payouts for 2 symbols (only in one case) and up to 5 linked symbols, where the winning combination has to start on the first reel to the left.
The small variety of bonuses is a bit of a shame. Or rather, bonus, because there’s only one – the Scatter symbol. The difference between it and the other symbols, however, is that it will pay out a prize according to the winnings table even if it’s not linked behind each other in a winning line. Simply put, you just need the star which is the Scatter to show up 3-times anywhere on the reels and the prize is yours. Nevertheless, we didn’t like that too much although we understand that retro should be retro.
